As a barrister, I accept work (or ‘briefs’) in all matters of civil law. No lawyer can expect to know everything about all areas of law, but I am particularly familiar with the following subject areas:

Face to face meetings are currently tricky to arrange, but I’m always happy to arrange a video chat if you would like to talk about how I can help, and how I can deliver the most cost efficient work for you.
My background is in large scale commercial transactions, particularly corporate acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations; all manner of debt finance; and negotiating commercial agreements. I have spent years working on international transactions, working out of Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific to help on matters.
